This website, tekydoct.com, is operated by TEKYDOCT SDN BHD (company registration RC/00006598), Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam ("TekyDoct", "we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@tekydoct.com or +673 824 6832.
2. What personal data we collect
Data you give us
- Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Direct correspondence: anything you choose to send us by email, phone or WhatsApp after leaving this site.
Data collected automatically
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and capacity purposes.
- Preferences on your device: your light/dark theme choice and whether you have dismissed our privacy notice are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device — see the Cookie Policy.
This website has no user accounts, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not profile visitors.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it — this is the sole purpose of the enquiry form.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for marketing lists unless you separately agree to that with us.

These providers may store data outside Brunei Darussalam. Where we engage processors, we choose providers with published security and privacy commitments appropriate to the data involved.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Hosting logs are retained on our provider's standard short-term schedule.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law in Brunei Darussalam — including the Personal Data Protection framework as it applies and comes into force — you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data we no longer need;
- stop contacting you about your enquiry.

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Internally, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply security practices consistent with our information-security policies.
8. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example, if we ever introduce analytics — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
